How to place an order?
You can place your order on our website. You can also reach out to us on Instagram or WhatsApp for any assistance.
What are the payment options available?
We accept Credit & Debit Cards. We also have an option of UPI payment, net banking and cash on delivery (charges applicable)
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Yes, we have an option of COD for orders up to 10,000/- (Kindly note COD will not be accepted against customised orders)
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
No, there is no limit.
When will my order be delivered?
Since we are a made to order label and our designs are one of a kind it takes 10-15 working days for your order to be ready.Once it’s ready and shipped you will get it within 3-6 days depending on your delivery location.
What are the shipping charges?
We charge a minimal amount of INR100 on orders below 6,000/-
How can I track my order?
You can track your order status on our website under 'Track my order.’
Can I return my order for a refund?
No, as we are a made to order label, we do not provide a refund against return. We will be happy to make the necessary alterations or exchange the size for you. Kindly make sure you refer to our size chart before placing your order.
Do you provide International Shipping?
Yes, we do provide international shipping. Kindly refer to the T&C for the same.
Can we get custom made designs?
No, we do not customise designs however we do provide size customisations.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. However, once the order is in process we will not be able to accept any cancellation requests.
